Background and Scope

TERUPA Marine Services and Agency, also referred to as TMSA, was established jointly by Capt. Rui Natake, Ms Tearimawa Natake and Mr Paul Taeboa on the 05th September 2017.

The purpose of the establishment is to address the persisting unemployment problems in Kiribati by seeking and securing employment opportunities abroad and recruitment of unemployed skilled Kiribati nationals in the international market.

Our recruiting agency has been dedicated to supplying qualified and reliable seafarers and fishers to meet the growing demands of the maritime and fishing industries. From our inception to the present day, we have built a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality service.

We take pride in connecting skilled fishers and seafarers with reputable employers, ensuring that both safety and competence are at the forefront of every placement. Over the years, we have developed a trusted network of seafarers and fishers, supported by our focus on thorough screening, training coordination and ongoing support.
